Everything the domain publishes to search engines. Resources and their SEO category pages dominate; every editorial section is under 26k.

2Where the 750k resources come from

Twinkl's resource codes reveal the producing team. The VN domain serves the global catalog — the Vietnamese-curriculum layer is a thin slice.

• Their real depth for the Vietnamese market is ESL/English: 7,029 ESL-coded resources plus the huge UK primary English catalog — print-worksheet-first, not interactive or Cambridge-exam-structured.
• The moat is SEO: 157k category pages + 25.5k blog posts + 5k teaching-wiki articles feeding organic traffic into subscription conversion.
• Localized Mầm non / Lớp 1–3 coverage is roughly the output of one small local content team, not the 750k headline.

3Top 20% most usable primary-ESL resources

From the 7,029 ESL-coded resources we removed clearly non-primary items (adult, business, upper-intermediate+, ages 12+), leaving 4,895. Each was scored on format (games, flashcards, interactive PowerPoints and packs highest; static displays lowest), coverage of core primary syllabus topics (animals, food, colours, phonics, present simple…), and beginner/A1–A2/young-learner markers. The top 20% = 979 resources, listed in full. Scores are a format-and-topic heuristic, not Twinkl download counts (not public).

1Content model — UGC, not editorial

Wayground's library is made by its 50M users: any teacher can publish a quiz, and everything is remixable. That is the opposite of Twinkl's in-house editorial production — volume is enormous but quality control is the user's problem (unverified answer keys, duplicated content, no curriculum sequencing).

Taxonomy: 6 subjects (Math, Science, ELA, Social Studies, World Languages, PE) × 13 grade levels (K–12). English/ESL content sits in ELA + World Languages — there is no dedicated ESL/Cambridge track; Vietnamese teachers find ESL material via search, not structure.

2Public content surface — deliberately tiny

First-hand audit (29/08/2026): where Twinkl exposes ~948,800 URLs to search engines, Wayground exposes almost nothing.

3What this means for FLYER

• Wayground overlaps FLYER's engagement layer, not its content layer. Live quiz rooms, leaderboards and homework modes compete directly with Thách đấu and giao bài tập — and Wayground's free tier is the default choice for VN teachers who just want a fun warm-up game.
• Its weakness in Vietnam is structure and assessment validity: no Cambridge/CEFR alignment, no verified answer keys, no 4-skill assessment (no speaking/writing AI grading), no student progression data a center can bill against. That's exactly FLYER's ground.
• The AI-generation push (Wayground AI) commoditizes quiz creation. Defensibility shifts to what FLYER has: curated exam-standard banks, AI grading of productive skills, and teacher/center workflows — not raw item volume.
• Distribution lesson: Twinkl wins on SEO, Wayground wins on in-classroom virality (student joins → student tells teacher). FLYER's teacher-referral loop is closer to Wayground's model and worth investing in deliberately.
